2021 High Gun Mourvedre

This is the perfect Mourvedre, made even better and balanced thanks to a hint of Grenache (23% actually).  Enjoy the spicy nose of plum, white pepper and smoked brisket.  The palate is bing cherry, elderberry and bacon wrapped Axis loin.  We're already dreaming of hunting season and the most perfect, grilled venison ever!
